Green turnout for the Paris Motor Show

The motor spectacular that is the Paris Motor Show doesn’t officially open to the public until Saturday 4th October and yet the manufacturers are already eager to boast their green credentials to the gathered press.

Further to Paul’s post, other green car highlights of the show include:

Citroen Hypnos concept, described as a SUV/ Coupe crossover, with diesel hybrid technology.
C4 HYmotion2 hybrid concept, pledging to deliver just 90g/km of CO2 and up to 83 MPG.
Mazda Kiyora concept, city car.
Mazda 6 MZR- C.D 22
Mazda 2
Suzuki Alto
SEAT Exeo
super performance saloon (although not that green at 185g/km of C02)
Skoda Fabia Greenline
Skoda Superb Greenline

Nissan Nuvu city car concept
The slighty larger, Nissan Pixo concept, promising 103g/km of CO2
The new, improved Nissan Note
Volkswagen Passatt BlueMotion2
and the whole Bluemotion range
Volkswagen Passatt Blue TDI
Third generation of the Toyota Avensis
Audi A1 Sportback
concept with it’s impressive promise of just 92g/km of CO2!
