Renault ZE wows Goodwood crowds

Usually the domain of supercars this years Goodwood festival of Speed showcased a very different type of car, the Renault Z.E. concept – hand built and reputed to be worth £2million, the Z.E. was one of the most expensive cars on show!

The lack of noise coming from the vehicle was in stark contrast to the other participants of the famous 1.16mile hillclimb, perhaps even more bizarre was the sight of a vehicle with acid green windows!

Based on the existing Renault Kangoo be bop the Z.E. in its current guise is unlikely to ever become a production model, however it remains the French carmakers focal point for its future green intentions.
