Energy secretary Steven Chu explained the decision saying, “We asked ourselves, ‘Is it likely in the next 10, 15, 20 years that we will convert to a hydrogen car economy?’ We felt the answer was ‘No.’ Good thing the UK, South Korea and China didn't pay any attention to that statement! I have been waiting since 2007 to 'nail' my investment plate [1ST HFC] to my first fuel cell car. I think I have registered the first HFC plate in the world I would like to know if anybody else is doing the same.
