		<description>President Obama made the decision to cut $100 million in funding for the hydrogen fuel cell program.  Energy secretary Steven Chu explained the decision saying, “We asked ourselves, ‘Is it likely in the next 10, 15, 20 years that we will convert to a hydrogen car economy?’ We felt the answer was ‘No.’

Good thing the UK, South Korea and China didn&#039;t pay any attention to that statement!</description>

I have been waiting since 2007 to &#039;nail&#039; my investment plate [1ST HFC] to my first fuel cell car. I think I have registered the first HFC plate in the world I would like to know if anybody else is doing the same.
