Fisker, Goss132, Phoenix Motors.

I would say Tesla, but since their IPO they shouldn&#039;t be eligible.

Goss132 is pretty awesome.  The  price point it perfect for me I think.</description>

		<description>Agree with most of this article; however I feel that funding is best meant for Startups, or companies that are quite young.

Funding for companies such as Nissan, Ford, GM etc; should not be permitted.  They have positive cash volume, and already a sizable R&amp;D presence.</description>
