smart launches UK anniversary fortwo model

As prepares to celebrate 10 years of retailing right hand drive cars in the UK with its festival of all things announced earlier this week (see story), the diminutive carmaker is also launching a new of its fortwo model to mark the occasion.

The smart festival at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge offers attendees the chance to meet Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton and test drive an all-electric version of the fortwo model. It is set to be the largest gathering of smart cars seen in the UK.

To mark its ten year anniversary, Mercedes-Benz small car brand is also launching an exclusive new model- the gb-10 edition.

Finished in striking silver metallic with a special red design feature on the tridion safety cell, the gb-10 edition is a fitting tribute to its ten successful years of trading in the UK.
