Smart’s urban stage tour has reached London’s South Bank this week where the diminutive car maker is offering visitors the chance to test drive its fortwo electric drive-one of the first electric cars to go on sale in the UK.
The pop-up event is currently at Doon Street in London, just behind the National Theatre, where the car maker is hosting the Future Minds Exhibition which showcases ideas and innovations that could shape the lives of Londoners in the future. Curated by a team of celebrity experts including Jo Whiley, Lauren Laverne, Ortis Deley, Tom Dyckhoff and William Tempest, the exhibition showcases exciting lifestyle ideas designed to make the future a greener, more sustainable and community0oriented place. Those visiting the urban stage can also take a ‘Test Drive with a Difference’ – an interactive and unusual test drive around London’s unexplored streets.
