Green car hire firm tackles three peaks for charity

Greener vehicle hire firm, Green Motion is taking part in a daunting three peaks challenge to raise money for the Dream Big Volunteer Ghana foundation.

Managing director and founder of the business, Richard Lowden will be accompanied by representatives from the firm’s business partners including Reebok, Fit and Ready, Interdirect and Soundwaves in tackling a climb up Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in under 24 hours.

Dream Big supports two villages in the Volta Region of Ghana called Dzita and Agbladomi, with the aim providing fresh water supplies and improving sanitation to reduce child mortality and support the health of local residents.

Green Motion hope to raise at least £1000; enough to pay for at least 5 eco san toilet blocks for the communities of Dzita and Agbladomi.

To follow the progress of Richard and the 3 peaks challenge team members including Richard’s wife Kim and son Chay, the founder and owner of Rebook fitness Patrick Hooper and his son Jamie,  the founder and owner of Interdirect Nick Mann and Tim Wakefield the founder of Soundswaves, you can follow Green Motion’s Twitter feed.
