Berlingo Airdream van cuts emissions and boosts economy

Citroen’s Berlingo Airdream just got dreamier (or something like that) slashing its emissions and improving fuel economy by up to 4.5 per cent.

Already the most efficient Berlingo van that Citroen offers, Berlingo Airdream e-HDi built from November onwards will see improved combined cycle fuel economy of up to 62.8mpg and CO₂ emissions drop to as low as 118g/km.

From next month, the Berlingo Platform Cab model also gains extra equipment with a Plus Pack included as standard. This pack incorporates adjustable and heated door mirrors, high-frequency multi-function plip remote control central locking and electric windows with ‘one-touch' operation.

Scott Michael, Citroën's Head of Commercial Vehicles & Business Centre Programme, comments: "The advanced Berlingo Airdream e-HDi micro-hybrid vans were already among the most fuel efficient and lowest CO₂ emitting in their class.  With the latest improvements these vans now go to the top of their class thanks to fuel economy gains of up to 4.5 per cent and CO₂ emissions reductions of up to 5g/km."

Prices start from £16,545.
