A novel and innovative solution to the age old economic problem of supply and demand has been hatched by Norwegian Electric Vehicle Manufacturer, TH!NK, with the introduction of the EV Friendliness Index. Ahead of the 2009 launch of the TH!NK city electric vehicle the company has compiled a list of the fifteen friendliest cities in Europe for electric vehicles based on purchase incentives, usage measures and EV impact. First fully electric car to go on sale in the UK this spring.

UK motorists will soon be able to place orders to buy the first fully electric powered car later this year, when the new TH!NK city electric vehicle (EV) goes on sale in this country.
