French engineer, Guy Nègre is working with India’s Tata Motors to manufacture a car that is powered by CAT (compressed air technology). The cars, known as the Mini CAT (designed for town driving), the City CAT and the One CAT are expected to go on sale in India and Europe before the end of the year.
